5. Cancellations and Refunds

For same-day delivery orders, cancellations must be made within 2 hours of order placement to qualify for a full refund.

Refund Policy

• The order was delivered to the wrong address due to our error
• The arrangement significantly differs from what was ordered

To request a refund, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

7. Liability Limitations

• Recipient's refusal to accept delivery

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the order in question.

8. Perishable Nature of Products

Customers acknowledge that flowers are perishable products with limited lifespan. Longevity depends on proper care, environmental conditions, and flower variety. We provide care instructions with all deliveries but cannot guarantee specific longevity periods.
